Free availability widget for therapists
Tell people you have room before they have to ask.
opencaseload puts your current availability on your own website: accepting new clients, waitlist or not accepting right now. Change it in one click. It never collects anything about your visitors.
Free to use. No passwords. No credit card.
Try it. Change the status:
Riverbend Counseling
The example widget shows: Accepting new clients
An example practice. Your widget looks like this on your own website.
Someone looking for a therapist shouldn’t have to guess
Reaching out is hard enough. An out-of-date website makes it harder, for them and for you.
They reach out and hear no
A person finally writes to you, then waits days to learn you are full. You spend time on a reply that can’t help them.
They assume you are full
When a website says nothing about openings, people move on to the next name. You may have room and never hear from them.
Your site falls behind
Caseloads change every week. Editing a web page every time they do is a job nobody keeps up with.
How it works
Set it up once. After that, it takes one click.
Give us your name, email and website. We email you a link. There is no password to remember.
Paste one snippet
Copy your install code from the dashboard and paste it into your website. There are instructions for each website builder.
Set your status
Choose accepting, waitlist or not accepting. Your website updates within a minute, with no web editing.
Confirm on Mondays
Every Monday at 9:00 am Eastern we email you three buttons. Click one to confirm or change your status. That’s the whole job.
Fits the website you already have
Use the full card on a page, or the small pill in your header. Choose light or dark, and set your own accent color.
The promise
It knows nothing about the people visiting your website.
People looking for a therapist deserve privacy from the first click. So the widget has no forms, no cookies, no local storage and no tracking pixels. That’s how it’s built, not a setting.
What we never store
- Visitor names, emails or messages
- Visitor IP addresses or devices
- Which pages people were on
- Waitlist sign-ups or any client details
What we store
- Your name, email and practice details
- The status, note and date you set
- Your booking link and website
- A daily total of views and clicks
When the widget loads, a visitor’s browser asks wwisermind.com for your status, the same way it fetches any image or font on a website. We answer and add one to a daily total. We don’t keep who asked.
Everything in the free version
Three clear statuses
Accepting new clients, Waitlist, or Not accepting right now, with a colored dot and words so nothing depends on seeing color.
A short note
Add up to 80 characters, like “Evening slots only.”
Next opening date
Show when you expect room. It disappears by itself once the date has passed.
Your own booking link
The Request a consultation button goes straight to your booking page, contact form or practice management portal.
One-click Monday email
Three buttons in your inbox. No logging in. You can turn the reminder off at any time.
Never shows old information
If a status goes 21 days without being confirmed, the widget switches to “Contact for current availability.”
A public status page
Your own link for a Psychology Today profile, Instagram bio or email signature. Search engines can read it.
Simple counts
See how many views and button clicks your widget had in the last 30 days. Totals only, never who.
Safe for your design
It is about 4 KB compressed, keeps its styles separate from your site, and holds its space so your page doesn’t jump.
Works where your website lives
If your website lets you paste a little HTML, it works. Your dashboard has a copy button and short instructions for each of these.
- WordPress
- Squarespace
- Wix
- Webflow
- Next.js
- Astro
- Plain HTML
<script src="https://wwisermind.com/opencaseload/widget.js" defer></script>
<open-caseload id="oc_yourid"></open-caseload>Wix blocks this kind of script, so Wix users get an iframe version instead. It looks and works the same.
Not just for your website
Every therapist gets a public status page with the same live information. Put the link anywhere people find you.
Psychology Today profile
Point people to your current availability instead of updating your profile text.
Instagram bio
One link that stays correct, whatever week it is.
Email signature
Colleagues can check before they refer someone to you.
Free to use
Everything on this page is included. The only paid option is removing one line of small print.

Frequently asked questions
A small free widget for US therapists. You paste it into your website and it shows whether you are accepting new clients, have a waitlist or are not accepting right now. You change it from a dashboard or with one click from an email.
Yes. The widget, dashboard, Monday email and public status page cost nothing and need no credit card. The free version shows a small “opencaseload by wwisermind” line. Removing that line costs $99 per year, per website.
No. The widget has no forms, cookies, local storage or tracking pixels, and we do not store visitor IP addresses. We keep only a daily total of views and button clicks. The only personal details we store are yours.
opencaseload does not collect, receive or store patient information. It only shows public availability that you choose to publish, and visitors never enter anything into it. Please keep client details out of your note, since it is shown publicly. This isn’t legal advice, so check with your compliance advisor if you have one.
If your website lets you add a little HTML, yes. The dashboard has instructions for WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, Next.js, Astro and plain HTML. Wix uses an iframe version of the same widget.
It is about 4 KB compressed and loads without holding up your page. Its styles are kept separate, so your site’s design can’t break it and it can’t change your site. You can pick light or dark and set your own accent color.
We email you every Monday so you can confirm in one click. If a status goes 21 days without being confirmed, the widget changes to “Contact for current availability,” so nobody sees old information.
Nothing. If the widget can’t reach us, it stays out of the way and your page looks as if it were never there.
No. Request a consultation simply takes people to the link you choose, like your booking page or contact form. Anything they send goes to you through your own system, not through us.
Yes. Paste the same code on each site, and one status updates them all. If you pay to remove the credit line, that is priced per website.
You can turn off the Monday email from your dashboard or from the link in any reminder. To delete your account and everything we hold about you, email [email protected].
